
BMR (AKA - Basal Metabolic Rate)
This is the amount of daily calories you will expend while resting in normal temperature. It is very simple - if you do not exercise and eat less than these amount of calories a day, you will lose weight. If you eat more, you will gain wait. If you exercise, then the number of calories, of course, goes up.
